Questions
When do I get my first load?
Once your documents are approved, you start receiving loads near you right away. The first three trips are reviewed before your pay transfers, then you move to an instant transfer on delivery.
What if the load is cancelled?
If the load is cancelled before you set off, you are not charged anything. If it's cancelled after you've started the trip, the app shows you what compensation applies before you confirm.
What do I need to register?
A valid driving licence, the vehicle registration, a valid national ID or Iqama, and a bank account (IBAN) in your name — that's everything we ask before you start.
How exactly does my pay work?
Deliver the load, the receiver confirms it, then your pay transfers to your account. The first three trips are reviewed before transfer, then you move to instant transfer.
What trucks do you need?
We need many truck types, from a Dyna to a lowbed — every type we need appears in the trucks section above.
