Does the price change after I book?
No — the price you see before booking includes VAT, and doesn't change after you confirm except for a waiting charge if you go past the free window at the loading point.
Do I need a business account to book?
No — you book straight from the app with your mobile number. A business account only helps if you ship daily and need a board, a team, and gathered invoices.
How does the receiver follow the shipment's arrival?
You get that shipment's own tracking link at booking and share it with the receiver — they open it on any phone with no app to install, and confirm receipt with a 4-digit code.
