General
How is the price calculated?
The price is calculated from the distance between pickup and delivery, the truck type and the cargo, and it appears VAT included before you book. The price you agree to is what you pay, and it does not change after booking except for a waiting charge if you go past the free window at loading.
How do I pay?
By Mada, credit card or Apple Pay, through a secure payment page during booking itself. No surprises after the booking is complete.
What truck types are available?
We run several truck types — from a Dyna for smaller loads to a lowbed carrying up to 40 tonnes — and you pick the type that fits your load when you request a price.
Where do you operate?
We serve the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — it is our priority — and extend across the Middle East.
Where is my data kept?
Your data is kept inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and every action on your account is recorded in an audit trail.
Shippers
What if you can't find a truck?
We never show you a price until we've confirmed a real truck for your route. If a truck can't be provided after booking, you are not charged anything.
Can I book more than one truck in one order?
Yes — book several trucks at the same price and track them together.
How does the receiver confirm delivery?
On arrival, the driver records the delivery with a photo and a location, and the receiver confirms it with a code shared with them. That is the proof of delivery that appears in your shipment's record.
Does the receiver get a tracking link?
Yes — you share the tracking link with them, and they follow the truck's last confirmed location and confirm receipt with a code, no app required.
Does the price include tax?
Yes — the price you see is VAT included, shown as a separate amount before you confirm the booking.
What if loading takes longer at pickup?
There is a free waiting window at the loading point; time beyond that window is added as a waiting charge, shown on your invoice.
Drivers
When do I get my first load?
Once your documents are approved, you start receiving loads near you right away. The first three trips are reviewed before your pay transfers, then you move to an instant transfer on delivery.
What if the load is cancelled?
If the load is cancelled before you set off, you are not charged anything. If it's cancelled after you've started the trip, the app shows you what compensation applies before you confirm.
What do I need to register?
A valid driving licence, the vehicle registration, a national ID or Iqama, and a bank account (IBAN) in your name.
What trucks do you need from drivers?
We need many truck types, from a Dyna to a lowbed — register your vehicle and we match it to the loads that fit it.
What exactly are the steps to apply?
Five steps in the app: your mobile number, your details, photos of your licence and vehicle, your bank account, then we review your application and tell you the result.
